She has acquired a 20-years’ experience in echocardiography in 2D and 3D transthoracic and transesophageal echo, stress and contrast echo, intraoperative and during interventional procedures. She is involved in the evaluation of complex cardiac surgery cases, from the indication to the follow-up. From 2002 to date: cooperation with Clinical Physiology Institute, National Research Council. She is involved as a teacher in workshop on L-VAD implantation. She is an author or co-author of more than 90 original articles or book chapters and more than 300 abstracts. She is a grader for EACVI certification and an official delegate of SIECVI as educational event organizer and examination committee during certification.
